Under the guidance of Chef Lucy, who has led the kitchen for the past five years, the menu showcases the very best of the region. Her experience and creativity have earned recognition beyond the Highlands — including reaching the finals of the World Porridge Championships for two consecutive years.The menu is rooted in locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, with dishes that are both comforting and refined:

  • A rich, slow-cooked venison pie with Blue Murder cheese, full of deep Highland flavour
  • Perfectly seared hand-dived scallops
  • Locally smoked salmon, showcasing Speyside’s quality produce
  • Fresh mussels, simply prepared to let the ingredients shine
  • Tender featherblade of beef, slow-cooked for depth and texture
  • And an exceptional Chateaubriand from Balliefurth Farm, a true highlight for sharing
